5/19/08: Closed, but let’s look to the past…An unexpected deadline looms, so here's an attempt to get by with digging up old entries. We’ll hopefully avoid an excess of 40th anniversaries during the coming months, since we pretty much coasted on the Summer of Love last year. We’d still like to mention that yesterday was the 40th anniversary of the release of Tiny Tim’s “Tiptoe Through The Tulips.” So here’s
our previous entry about Tiny Tim—and let’s also note that today is the 40th anniversary of
Pete Townshend’s 23rd birthday.
