Maybe I shouldn’t be dwelling on this whole “hate f*ck” thing as the furor dies down. It’s just that some people don’t understand why the term was the least offensive thing about that misogynistic article on Playboy.com. Fortunately, the folks at Disney have provided a perfectly wholesome teaching tool. Let me set the scene:

It’s an episode of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. The show is mostly about twin boys who live in a luxury hotel, but frequent subplots feature hotel employee Maddie Fitzpatrick (Ashley Tisdale) and spacey socialite London Tipton (Brenda Song). In this episode—“Odder Couples”—London has scored a date at the art museum with handsome young Trevor (Zac Efron). The only problem is that Trevor is rather intellectual, and London is rather ditzy.

Maddie agrees to help London by putting a small radio transmitter in the socialite’s ear. She secretly tags along so that she can tell London smart things to say about the exhibits. Things get complicated as Trevor begins to discuss his perfectly reasonable conservative beliefs. Maddie becomes increasingly outraged, and finally reveals herself when Trevor begins discussing his plans for a future in politics.

Now enjoy the rest of the story, where one chaste word is the only difference between conversations that many adults have enjoyed in real life. Actually, the clip goes on for a while. You can also enjoy seeing what happens when Cody moves into a hall closet to avoid having messy sibling Zack for a roommate.
